Refund policy

All exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

To do so, please e-mail us at hello@typographia.com, with a photo of your t-shirt(s) and proof of purchase.

The t-shirt(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as you received them.

Shipping costs are not included.

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@typographia.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

After your t-shirt is received, inspected and accepted, we will proceed with the refund of your items. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within next few days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before it gets credited on your account. There is often a certain processing period involved - please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be fulfilled.

If you have followed all the steps, and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@typographia.com and we’ll do our best to help. 

Refunds do not include shipping fees as these are non-refundable.

In the unfortunate event that you received a defective t-shirt, please e-mail us at hello@typographia.com and explain us the situation with photos.

These policies only apply to our online store. 

If you would like to exchange a t-shirt previously bought in one of our physical stores, you can visit that store directly or e-mail us at hello@typographia.com.

We don’t accept returns for purchases made in physical stores.
